- Implement billing process improvements using SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Train staff on billing compliance and regulatory updates

Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical/commercial billing with insurance expertise
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Demonstrated success in reducing AR days by 20%+
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and Medicaid/Medicare billing
