- Process and manage high-volume accounts receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through meticulous research and client communication
- Generate monthly invoices and reconcile accounts using Oracle NetSuite
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve pricing and contract discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and internal policies
- Prepare monthly aging reports and provide financial insights
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in high-volume B2B environments
- Expertise in Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, or comparable billing systems
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes with diplomacy
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced settings
