Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell banking products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Adhere to all security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., Reg CC, BSA)
