Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions using advanced banking software
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve cross-selling targets for banking products
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand our local presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic accounting software and digital banking platforms
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in financial transactions

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Valid Oklahoma state banking license or ability to obtain within 30 days
