Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards) based on customer needs
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch manager to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proven ability to maintain cash drawer accuracy within $10 variance
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
