Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawer and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Maintain organized records and stay updated on banking regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
