Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify the validity of documents.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and transactions with professionalism.
- Balance the cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
