Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance records, reconciling discrepancies weekly
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, tax withholdings, and benefit contributions
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and compliance purposes
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Strong attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in payment processing
- Excellent communication skills for employee interactions
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedule preferences
