Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries
- Process cash and non-cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify and refer customers for cross-selling opportunities (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Support branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and vault services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
