Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings and compliance for CA, OR, and NV
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Collaborate with benefits administration for 401(k) and health plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and FLSA
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
