Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell bank services while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using banking software systems
- Support branch operations through daily balancing and reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems
- Previous banking or financial services experience highly desirable
