Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, policies, and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Train on new banking technologies and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with 100% transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred
