Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with account inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Balance daily transactions and prepare audit reports
- Uphold compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
