Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate account records
- Provide exceptional customer service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products while identifying customer needs through consultative conversations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch operational duties
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with basic financial software and computer systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards preferred
