Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Support payroll processing and expense management workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
