Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting for stakeholders
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Certification (CPA/CMA) or progress toward certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
