Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting for client portfolios
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for client/stakeholder interactions
