Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee time tracking records.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and budget analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
