Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process and verify high-volume invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial archives.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documentation.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve complex accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
