Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy for nightly closing cycles.
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist external auditors with documentation and data retrieval.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s in Accounting (MAcc) preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in general accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
