Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and manage vendor payment cycles with precision
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment terms
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Manage 1099 vendor documentation and reporting
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
