Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and receivable processes and reconciliation.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors during financial reviews.
- Process payroll and tax filings accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
