Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and perform variance analysis.
- Support external audits and internal financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
