Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate tax deductions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
