Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform daily data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the payroll department with time tracking and wage verification.
- Generate and analyze basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in the filing and organization of tax documents and financial statements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo professional training and certification support.
