Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and tax provision schedules.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and analyze variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
