As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing critical insights to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
