Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations through rigorous internal controls
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate smooth financial examinations
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for operational efficiency
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
