Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal financial controls
- Conduct audits and financial reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain detailed financial records using ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
