Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Implement internal controls and optimize financial workflows
- Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders during reviews
- Support budgeting forecasting initiatives and KPI tracking
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
