Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial strategies for HNW clients ($500K+ AUM)
- Drive new business acquisition through targeted networking
- Manage complex investment portfolios including alternative assets
- Lead cross-functional teams for estate and retirement planning
- Present quarterly portfolio reviews with actionable insights
- Comply with FINRA/SEC regulations and fiduciary standards
- Mentor junior advisors on compliance best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years financial advisory experience (Series 7, 66, 63 required)
- Proven track record managing $10M+ client portfolios
- CFP or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of tax-efficient investment strategies
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Local New Orleans business network preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
