Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for 200+ employees
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and 401(k) contributions
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end tax filings (Form 941, W-2)
- Implement payroll process improvements and system upgrades
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
