Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Utilize ERP systems (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for efficient transaction processing
- Prepare tax documentation and liaise with external auditors/tax authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
