As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our clients. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and examine financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure internal controls are effective.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees and vendors.
- Generate financial reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
