Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card balances on a monthly basis.
- Perform general ledger entries and maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing processes as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available for immediate start.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
