Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction processing
- Prepare weekend financial reports and variance analysis for leadership
- Ensure weekend compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Coordinate weekend payroll processing and tax filing support
- Assist with weekend audits and financial system maintenance
- Provide weekend financial support to cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free work history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
