Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures specifically for weekend shifts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and regulatory filings.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to maintain accurate ledgers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
