Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for client portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for senior leadership
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS financial modeling
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
