Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end close procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our cloud-based accounting software.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payment schedules.
Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills.
