Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes for 300+ vendors
- Conduct comprehensive month-end and year-end closings
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for financial reporting
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven night shift availability and adaptability
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
