Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using SAP and QuickBooks
- Contribute to financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
