Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheets
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Process journal entries and account adjustments during night shifts
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines during night shifts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
