Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial accounts with nightly accuracy
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and compliance reports
- Oversee payroll processing for 500+ employees during night shifts
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/SEC regulations
- Analyze variance reports and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain confidential financial data with enterprise-grade security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA certification required
- 3+ years of night shift or rotational accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel VBA
- Proven track record in month-end closing processes
- Advanced knowledge of tax compliance (IRS/Federal)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
- Available for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 days/week)
