Responsibilities
- Accounts Management: Process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Bank Reconciliation: Review and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and general ledger maintenance.
- Payroll Support: Help process payroll data and maintain employee timekeeping records.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and document requests.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial records comply with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP) and bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is highly desirable.
