Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Perform payroll processing for weekend staff and contractors.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist in tax preparation and year-end financial audits.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional Bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
