Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation (W-2s, 1099s) as required.
- Process AP invoices and verify expenses against contracts and budgets.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
