Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are paid accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and monthly tax filings.
- Perform internal audits and financial reporting to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
