Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients across industries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee complex reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems for efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and audits
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
