Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process payroll accurately and on time using [Software Name].
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience in a corporate or accounting firm setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
