Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee tax compliance and audit preparation processes
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks Enterprise)
- Lead budget forecasting and financial modeling initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for operational efficiency
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in Fresno region
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing small team (2-3 direct reports)
